Sergio is a passionate world traveler, fly-fishing lover, soccer devotee, foodie and natural born explorer. He is a connoisseur of all things remote, seeking out the most special experiences like challenging himself for discovering new remote areas in Argentina, fishing in the deepest Bolivian Jungle and spending time in North Korea. He may even be one of the only Argentineans who has stepped foot in this closed country! Sergio majored in Hotel Management and Economics at Buenos Aires University and embarked on his career in the hospitality industry at top hotels such as the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. Sergio spent many years travelling, learning and working in the travel industry before settling back in Argentina, living in Norway, Ireland and Spain during this time. Back in his home town of Buenos Aires, Sergio founded INFOBA DMC Argentina with his best friend Tomas almost 14 years ago and since then their company has gone from strength to strength, growing into a renowned DMC company, developing unique travel and event concepts. Some years ago, they created the ALCHEMY High-End Travel Experiences brand, which was designed to partner with travel professionals from the luxury arena, providing truly individual experiences. From here, they have grown their diverse range of products and events and are excited to be launching the entire company as ALCHEMY DMC and building the ALCHEMY Group of Companies from this. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Destino Argentina, an association that promotes luxury travel in Argentina. The future holds incredibly exciting things and new projects for all things! Sergio is your archetypical Argentinean in that he is crazy about welcoming people to his country and to his home, especially if there’s meat and wine involved! Sergio loves to host an "asado" and if you play your cards right, you may end up with an extra-special invite to join him! If ever meeting Sergio, we have one key piece of advice – If you don’t believe that The Ramones are the best rock band ever, best stay away from discussing music at all!

Sebastian has a degree in Accounting and a passionate soccer and rugby fan, playing alongside Tomas and Sergio in their local rugby club. He loves all kinds of outdoor activities, especially enjoying the lovely beaches of Necochea with his family in his spare time.

Cheerful, caring and passionate about discovering the hidden beauty of every place by immersing herself in local roots; Carolina loves to go the extra mile following her curious heart and her wild imagination allowing her to create memorable experiences that can hardly be found elsewhere. She grew up in Chuquicamata, a corner in the Atacama Desert, which ignited her desire to discover lush and dry places alike by recognizing in each of them their unique beauty. Her professional experience is linked to attention to detail, always striving for a service of excellence. Tailor-made trips are her specialty, and innovative experiences her constant search in a country of contrasts, of great beauty, in which there is much to discover.
Anibal Echenique

Anibal was born in Uruguay and grew up in Montevideo. He has been working in tourism and travelling since his earliest 20th. He moved to Florianópolis in Brazil for his internship in hotel administration and stayed for a year. Then decided to expand his knowledge in tourism and returned to Uruguay for a pair of years studying gastronomic business administration. That was when he began to make contact with events in a hotel in Montevideo. Very quickly, in 1998, he arrived in Chile and began working in the aeronautical industry for Swissair as a promoter in all the regions of Chile, which led him to discover the country from north to south. A while ago, he has become the head of MICE for ALCHEMY DMC Chile by CTS. He love to play fútbol, basket and without no doubts, share BBQ with friends and any guest arriving to Chile. There's always a good chat to come around a glass of chilean wine and a fire.
Geraldine Klaassen

Geraldine, but her nickname is Geri. She was born in Santiago de Chile, but she lived her entire school stage in the south of Chile. She studied Tourism Administration and has more than 8 years of experience in Tourism. She is a very cheerful, jolly, positive person, and for her, life happens now. Her innate curiosity has allowed her to get to know different places in Chile, and she never gets tired of looking for new experiences.
Camila Arancibia

Camila was born and raised in Santiago, studied tourism at the university and from that moment she began to have jobs during the summer as a tour guide in San Pedro de Atacama. She finished her degree and dedicated to the area of sales and operations in tourism agencies in Santiago. He is a quite cheerful person, she really likes to discover new places and have new experiences. She loves to read the history of cities through their architecture, even in Santiago she is always looking for buildings or houses with history. She is a lover of cinema, music and wine.
Melina Russo
Business Developement Manager
Melina is pure Sagittarius: positive, curious and energetic. She loves living outdoors, admiring different landscapes and cultures. She majored in Tourism, and has worked in the business ever since. She started her career in El Calafate, Patagonia and used that experience as her impulse. She never stopped ever since. She has visited most of the main destinations in Argentina and has a comprehensive knowledge of the country and its possibilities. Always focused in B2B market, she has been part of the company for 7 years, in the MICE and Leisure divisions.

Carolina was born in Santiago de Chile and grew up in the Lake District, exploring that beautiful region with her dad. She decided to study Tourism, due to her passion for traveling. Having lived in the United States and in Argentina, travelled through four continents so far, and having worked in the travel industry for over 28 years, Carolina feels a citizen of the world. She enjoys mixing with the locals and learning about their culture and traditions, and always shares her love for South America.

Later, his passion for storytelling and connections led him to work as a tour guide in Santiago and Valparaiso, sharing the rich history and vibrant culture of his country with visitors. Scout since he was 5 years old, Matias values teamwork, adventure and nature, going hiking whenever he can. He is deeply passionate about history, fine wine and sports. When he's not at work, you'll find him on the pitch playing football, camping in the mountains or sharing a glass of wine with his family and friends. Born in the Maipo Valley, a small town south of Santiago, Dominique has dedicated her career to tourism, working in different areas such as hospitality, guiding, ecotourism, sales, education, wine tourism, and currently as a product executive at ALCHEMY DMC Chile. In her free time one of her great passions is soccer, and she loves playing it (preferably as an attacking midfielder, like the great Maradona style). Another of her passions is volunteering with foundations that promote education and conservation of the environment. Dominique is firmly convinced that to promote tourism we must also promote responsible practices that respect ecosystems and local communities.

Cecilia Onel, originally from Chuquicamata in the heart of the Atacama Desert, began her career in tourism working with prestigious 5-star luxury hotels, specializing in groups and events. Driven by a passion for travel, she moved to Qatar, where she had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse, international team and exploring over 90 countries. This experience enriched her understanding of global luxury travel. With over 15 years of expertise in tourism and an in-depth knowledge of Chile, Cecilia is uniquely positioned to craft exceptional, personalized experiences, even in the most intricate operations. Her passion and dedication ensure unforgettable journeys tailored to the highest standards.

She studied International Tourism Management because it offered her the opportunity to learn about her various interests, such as art, culture, and landscapes. She graduated in Tourism and Hospitality Management in 2019. Since then, she has worked in the hospitality industry until in 2022, she felt ready for bigger challenges and spent two seasons working in Torres del Paine National Park. After that, she decided to put her second language (English) through a test in the Canadian Rockies, where she worked for six months as concierge.In her time off she loves traveling, spending time with her family and friends, learning more languages, experiencing new food, and showing to the world how cool and special Chile is.
